A bottom-fixed wave energy capture device is provided and comprises a foundation and an oscillating water column energy collector device. The device comprises a collection chamber and the chamber includes means for changing a position of a surface of the chamber so there is an increased surface area against which waves coming from a generally opposite direction impact. | |
